Flintstone Dinner at Zot

Craving python with foie gras? Chef Bernard Dehaene is bringing "alternative" meats to the table paired with wines and spirits from Robert Kacher Selections and Palateur Im-ports. The plates, inspired by Dehaene's travels and collaborations with fellow chefs and friends, will include turtle soup with summer vegetables, black bear bacon salad with quail eggs, African lion stew and braised antelope short ribs. Father's Day Brunch at Devil's Alley

Admit it — you put your dad through hell growing up. Make it up to him in a weird, thematic way by taking him to Devil's Alley for a luscious Father's Day brunch. Zoobilee at the Philadelphia Zoo

Eat a lion's share of delectable offerings from Philadelphia restaurants at this swanky formal event, celebrating the 71 animal births that've taken place at the zoo so far this year. City Tavern, Kildare's and Pod, among others, will whip up fare for the evening. Be sure to check out samplings from Café Apamate, Eliza's Bakery and Starbucks, all of which are participating in the Culinary Conservation Challenge, supporting sustainable foods and wildlife protection. Father's Day Specials at Mexican Post

Bring Pops to the Mexican Post for his big day and he'll be happy — he'll get complimentary margaritas just for being a dad. City Food Artisanal Beer and Food Tour

City Food Tours gets guests sipping and gnoshing while they hoof it around town. This Dad's Day tour through Old City is focused on beer and cheese. First stop is Old City Cheese (160 N. Third St.), where guests will gather 'round the chopping block for samples. Then it's off to Triumph Brewing Co.
