✚ Flatscreen

If you haven't been to the Kelly Writers House (KWH), now's your chance. Started in 1996 by UPenn students, faculty and alumni, KWH is a place for writers to create, collaborate and share their work, all within the walls of a beautiful 13-room house located on UPenn's campus. Today, Adam Wilson reads from his debut novel Flatscreen — a book about lonely Eli, whose hopelessly clever, comically hopeless narration is sure to have you falling out of your seat with laughter. 6 p.m., free, Arts Café at the Kelly Writers House, 3805 Locust Walk, writing.upenn.edu.
