If you prefer your topical theater to something more in-your-face, ditch the kids and head to South Street, where The Dumpsta Players (picture John Waters and the Dreamlanders if they hung out in Philly and threw back Citywide Specials) will bring their irreverent parody back to Bob and Barbara’s with Church of the Poisoned Mind. Borrowing costumes and characters from their last few outings, this go-round finds the troupe with its sights set on Westboro Baptist Church, Fox News and the rest of the religious right. Since this could be your last chance to laugh before President Santorum takes office, you won’t want to miss it.
