CURTAIN CALL: From Serio with love

POSTED: Tuesday, February 28, 2012, 1:00 PM

Those who like their nights at the theater on the casual side will be delighted by the return of “A Play, a Pie and a Pint.” After remarkable success in October, Tiny Dynamite Productions is slinging four more one-act plays this month on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a side of pizza and a drink. The series opens with David Greig’s Being Norwegian, the poignant tale of an ex-con trying to find love with a proud foreigner from the fjords.

Tue., March 6 and Wed., March 7, 6:30 p.m., $15, Society Hill Playhouse, 507 S. Eighth St., 800-838-3006, tinydynamite.org.

If you have a theater event you'd like featured in an upcoming Curtain Call, email the author at michael.gold@citypaper.net or tweet him @migold.
