ICEPACK ILLUSTRATED: Miley’s back. Liam is brawling. DeBella is balling. Southwork is video-ing. And please give Fergie back his bike.

Miley Cyrus is back in town and already her boyfriend is all hot-n-bothered. OK, not really. Yes Cyrus returned to her man, currently residing in NJ while filming Paranoia in Philly. No word yet on when/if she’ll finish those MilkBoy Studio tracks started in August that we dropped exclusives on weeks ago. As for her fiancé Liam Hemsworth, there he was Saturday night at Midtown Continental, being nice to the crowd, taking pictures with pre-bridal revelers and POWEE, he very possibly gets pelted with a rock and goes into Saturday-night’s-alright-for-fighting mode. Cheggitout.

The annual holiday DeBella DeBall has gone lowdown and dirty and upscale and tony in its history. For year 30, it’s a spruced up, dressy affair at Vie on North Broad, this Dec. 14. This invite-only faithful listener affair of his WMGK-FM radio show will feature music from Johnny O & The Classic Dogs of Love, David Uosikkinen’s In The Pocket, featuring The Hooters, Tommy Conwell and The A’sRichard Bush.

No vandalism is good vandalism, but when you graffiti Le Bec Fin on Walnut Street and steal Fergie’s bike, you hurt us all, especially considering that, according to bike-know-it-all Michael McGettigan, that bike of Ferg’s has seen 20 years of faithful service. Tis a shame at any time, this season in particular.

If you haven’t read my Southwork preview in CP, you really should. Beyond gearing up for the release of its debut CD this weekend, the Philly septet drops its first-ever video for “Peace of Mind” today. They liken the video to brainwashing techniques used on characters in the TV show Lost. Ooh, spooky.

Big shout out to writer Sheila Simmons, WNRB-FM host Dyana Williams, reporter Bobbi Booker and those who organized that grand soul train dance line in February. They got word from the Guinness Book of World Records that, at 291 participants, the Philadelphia Soul Train Line Dancers beat all past record holders. Halleluiah.

Philly’s denim-wearing gruff-n-ready John Eddie is doing his annual toy drive thing on three separate dates this season: Dec. 15 at the Stone Pony in Asbury Park; Dec. 16 at Voorhees’ Coffee Works; and Dec. 23 at an all ages holiday gig at Havana, in New Hope. Don’t show up empty handed.

Want to see what your smart dressed Philly community leaders do when they’re not in New York City getting in brawls with local union leaders? They play nice. Here’s snaps of The Pennsylvania Society in the Big Apple last weekend courtesy Guest of a Guest

Talking NYC, the New York Post dropped word on Philly DJ Diplo and his truly comic pre-show rider. Love the monkey.

WHOWHATWHERE: Right before he crashed the 12-12-12 Hurricane Sandy benefit show at Madison Square Garden, The Who nobly packed the Wells Fargo Center and took on Quadrophenia with gusto. No “Squeeze Bos” though. Pity. Meanwhile, Neil Young and Crazy Horse did their beneficial best against Sandy at the Borgata in Atlantic City. Into the black, yo. Wiz Khalifa visited Power 99’s iHeart Radio Performance Theater in Bala and we heard he smelled REALLY REALLY GOOD. Eminem’s best buddy Skylar Grey also hit up Bala and the Q102 room. The Lubavitch of Bucks County held its Menorah Car Parade in Newtown, PA last weekend. Mitzvahs all around. Televisual chef Rachael Ray and her husband, John Cusimano hit up Philly big time before their book signing of My Year in Meals at the Free Library with stops at S. 13th Street’s Open House and a nosh at Pub & Kitchen. The Vivica A. Fox Hair Collection shot ads at NoLibs’ Power Plant Studios with the hair-care namesake’s star stopping at Ruth’s Chris and McCormick & Schmick’s when she wasn’t filming. Ever walk by a big security detail and wonder who the heck could be taking up that much time and energy. Navy Secretary Ray Mabus and his family hit up El Vez last Saturday after the big Army/Navy game. After I saw that, I hung out with Jane producer Sonny Vellozi at the Home Depot Christmas party at the Wolf Street Tavern. Those muh-fuhs know how to throw some down. And. May I mention here how I had the Tuesday of my life at all-in-one-night holiday parties courtesy the GPTMC holiday jam at the Philly History Museum on S. Seventh Street where Cara Schneider ran her film presentation on the Mummers. Then I hit up Philadelphia Style’s always swank year-end fashion issue soiree at the new Hotel Monaco’s first floor ballroom with cover girl/ face of Maybelline/model turned makeup mogul/QVC superstar Josie Maran. Then we ran to DelFrisco’s to watch David Neff & Co. blow out the metaphorical candles on their PR group’s 25th anniversary Christmas party? Nice night.
