✚ Tastes and Toasts Tour at Laurel Hill Cemetery by Abigail Minor

Laurel Hill Cemetery is hosting its fifth annual St. Patrick's Day Tour, Tastes and Toasts, led by Jerry McCormick and Bill Doran. Guiding you through the graveyard, these Irish-blooded men will share tales of “prominent Irish people who have made it big in Philadelphia,” says Doran. Among the highlights is Civil War veteran General Patterson, and most importantly, Doran assures us there will be “ham and cabbage, and some refreshments of the alcohol nature.”

Sat., March 17, 1 p.m., $17-$20, Laurel Hill Cemetery, 3822 Ridge Ave., 215-228-8200, thelaurelhillcemetery.org.
