REEL TIME: Reese Witherspoon releases a stinker and Ralph Fiennes gives us horny feelings

No. 1: Ralph Fiennes has our hearts all aflutter. As if his rustic good looks weren't enough, he turns up this week in an adaptation of Shakespeare's "oft-overlooked" Coriolanus, in which he not only stars but offers an impressive directorial debut. Set in a "vaguely-Balkan locale" Fiennes smartly blends his mostly British cast with Bosnian locals to, as critic Sam Adams puts it, "position the film neatly between specificity and timelessness." Wow, he can casting direct, too? *squeal*. Read the rest of Sam's review here. (Ritz at the Bourse)
