Thursday: The Dead Milk Men’s Joe Jack Talcum has been recording his solo work pretty much since the band started back in 1983. He’ll be out touring his acoustic punk set along with Birmingham, Alabama’s rockabilly blues player Dan Sartain. 8 p.m., $10, North Star Bar, 2639 Poplar St., 215-7870488.
