Wednesday: With a glossy and sleek electro finish, Ghostory, the third release from School of Seven Bells (pictured) duo, Alejandra Deheza and Ben Curtis, features bright synths, crystalized guitar and brisk electro-pop rhythms that are nicely balanced with Deheza’s smooth and flawless vocals. 9 p.m., $13, Johnny Brenda’s, 1201 N. Frankford Ave., 215-739-9684. ➤ The Brooklyn dubstep/dance/hip-hop duo, Break Science, recently released Monolith Code, a hybrid collection of hip-hop beats and vocals, wobbling dubstep bass and laser synths. 9 p.m., $15, The Blockley, 3801 Chestnut St., 215-222-1234.
