Saturday: The Fairmount neighborhood will be welcoming a night of heavy metal and psychedelic doom with Tokyo’s Church of Misery, Indianapolis’s Gates of Slumber and Philly’s Wizard Eye. Featuring sounds conjuring Black Sabbath nostalgia, sponsored by Brooklyn Vegan. 9 p.m., $15, North Star Bar, 2639 Poplar St., northstarbar.com.
