TUESDAY: Listening to them, you’d think Detroit’s Diego Garcia (pictured) was native to South America with his Latin-inspired, dream-pop that would be a perfect listen while chilling on an Argentinian shore. 8 p.m., $10, Tin Angel 20 S. Second St., 215-928-0770. ➤ Retro and nostalgic are the perfect descriptors for the L.A.-based rock band, He’s My Brother, She’s My Sister, who sound like a folk group from the ’50s and ’60s. 9 p.m., $10, Johnny Brenda’s, 1201 N. Frankford Ave., 215-739-9684. ➤ It’s not often you find rustic rock ’n’ rollers collaborating with elementary-school students, proving that local band The Great Unknown know how to melt faces as well as support the community. Aw. 8 p.m., $7, The Fire,  412 W. Girard Ave., 267-671-9298. ➤ Translating to “pirate heart,” Coeur De Pirate is the 19-year-old singer-songwriter and pianist Beatrice Martin who hails from Quebec and is internationally known for singing elegant pop songs in French. 9 p.m., $15, World Cafe Live, 3025 Walnut St., 215-222-1400.
