TO-DO LIST: A smattering of quasi-spooky texts

POSTED: Wednesday, January 25, 2012, 12:00 PM
Filed Under: To-Do List

Over the last thirty years, Steve Earle has worn many hats: writer, musician, artist and actor on the critically acclaimed, totally-rad television series The Wire. Now, he'll become a journalist of sorts as he sits down to riff with Zoe Strauss at the PMA. They'll compare notes and share stories concerning their respective hustles, and he'll also be reading from his latest, I'll Never Get Out of This World Alive.

Sat., Jan. 28, 3 p.m., $16, Philadelphia Museum of Art, 26th Street & Benjamin Franklin Parkway, philamuseum.org.
