A Sunday in late April shouldn't be a hard sell for a block party, but just in case you need a nudge, here it is. To coincide with the upcoming Philly Tech Week, everyone's favorite Indy Hall will play host to an all-day hangout session. Eat, drink, be merry, but most importantly go outside.
