TO-DO LIST: It's not going to be playing forever

Whether intentionally or not, Robert Solomon started taking photos from a window in his studio. A year later, he's got a whole bunch of photos compiled in an exhibit called "Place and No Place and surface, water, rail." Check it out at the Crane Arts building. If the arts thing doesn't light a fire within, perhaps brunch in NoLibs followed by the Flyers/Bruins game at the Piazza will do the trick. Through Feb. 19, The Hall at the Crane Arts Building, 1400 N. American St., 215-235-3405, cranearts.com.
