TO-DO LIST: Necks, foreheads and unmentionables

Filed Under: Events | To-Do List

THURSDAY: Walter Issacson is going to be at the Free Library to talk about his Steve Jobs biography, but that shit is beyond sold out. However, other options still remain. Philadelphia's Office of Arts, Culture, and the Creative Economy presents their second-annual Town Hall meeting, where they’ll map out their artsy battle plan for the coming months. Last year, nearly 140 people took part so go ahead and join the conversation.

Thu., Feb. 9, 5:30 p.m., WHYY, 150 N. Sixth St., creativephl.org/cviphilly.
