FRIDAY: How Friday nights became so synonymous with arts events is anyone's guess, but regardless, PAFA is seizing the opportunity. Their open-studio night affords any and all the opportunity to check out what's going on inside that nice looking building with the questionable looking statue out front.

Fri., Feb. 10, 5:30-8 p.m., Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, 118-128 N. Broad St., pafa.org.
