SUNDAY: Whether you're inked-up yourself, or you just like gawking, the Tattoo Arts Convention is your ticket. It kicks off on Friday, and runs all weekend long, so there's ample time to get a glimpse of what people are willing to permanently place on their necks, foreheads and unmentionables.
