While we work on our new listings database, we want to continue keeping you informed about what's going on in the city. Today, Emad Khalil puts together a round-up of Action/Adventure and Museums/Exhibits events to keep you both active and artsy for the rest of the week.

Action/Adventure

➤ OWL PROWL Search for four species of owls native to our area and learn how to call them so you can hook up later. Hoot, hoot! Sat, March 12, 4-7 p.m., $9-$13, Peace Valley Nature Center, 170 North Cha p.m.an Rd, Doylestown, 215-345-7860.

➤ WALK ON THE WILD SIDE Venture through the Pennypacker Mills in search of birds. Sun, March 13, 1-4 p.m., FREE, Pennypacker Mills, 5 Haldeman Road, Schwenksville, 610-287-9349.

Museums/Exhibits

Museums and exhibits have varying schedules; please call for exact days, hours and prices.

➤ GROUNDS FOR SCULPTURE, 18 Fairgrounds Rd., Hamilton, N.J., 609-586-0616. FALL/WINTER EXHIBITION 2010: Sculpture artist Deborah and carvers Felix, Joseph and Krissa Lopez comprise the exhibits throughout winter. Runs through Apr. 18.

➤ HAGLEY MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, 200 Hagley Rd., Wilmington, Del, 302-658-2400. DOLLAR DAYS ON SATURDAYS IN FEB.-MARCH: Visitors can sit in and enjoy a replica of the infamous Jeff Gordon #24 DuPont car, take part in the “Easy Does It” exhibit, or just venture around the 235-acre facility along the Brandywine River. Runs through March 26.

➤ MOUNT AIRY CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS SPACE, 25 W. Mount Airy Ave., 215-764-5621. ALEXIS GRANWELL AND RICK LEWIS: Philly and New York collaborate as artists Alexis Granwell and Rick Lewis present artwork at the Mount Airy Contemporary Artists Space (MACAS). An eclectic use of media and techniques demonstrate the artists’ connection to place. Runs through April 2.

➤ ROSENBACH MUSEUM & LIBRARY, 2008 Delancey Place., 215-732-1600. EXILE AMONG EXPATS: JAMES JOYCE IN PARIS: James Joyce's time and history in Paris is explored in this exhibit at the Rosenbach Museum. Many questions regarding Joyce's intriguing time in France are also answered. Runs through Aug. 28.
