✚ Till Death Do Us Part: Love Stories of Laurel Hill by James Friel

Love is in the air on Valentine’s Day but what about death, the subject that gives love its meaning and mystery. This year's Feb. 14 celebrations don't have to be all lovey-dovey; you can take a guided stroll through the Laurel Hill Cemetery, visiting headstones that tell true poetic tales. At the end you’ll be able to thaw next to a fire with wine, hot chocolate and a tasty bite to eat. Just don't choke, or people may be visiting your tombstone next year.

Sat., Feb. 11, 1 p.m., $20, Laurel Hill Cemetery, 3822 Ridge Ave., 215-228-8200, thelaurelhillcemetery.org.
