Birthday Boss: Bruce turns 60

For any and all Bruce Springsteen fans, today is a momentous occasion ' the Boss turns 60 today. As we told you before, WXPN is holding their Bruce tribute show tonight and to mark the occasion, I've been listening to all of his albums chronologically (I'm onto The River right now). Want to have your own Bruce bash? Listen to these songs gleaned from a WMMR broadcast of a live performance at Bryn Mawn's the Main Point back in'75.

"Incident on 57th Street"

"I Want You" (Dylan cover)

If you're really hardcore, you can download the broadcast at the Bruce Springsteen Mp3 Index (HIGHLY recommended for fans of early Bruce, including some early versions of Born to Run songs.) How will you celebrate Boss Day? Related: Kaleidoscopic: Bruce Springsteen at the Hammersmith Odeon '75 Related: Bruce Springsteen, Wachovia Spectrum, April 29
