' there's a fundraiser at The Fire (Fourth and Girard streets, 267-671-9298) on Sun., Sept. 6 at 6 p.m., to get a mural of him up in Philadelphia. (He's from Philly, remember?) Victor Victor Band, MikingMirhab, Seizure 17, Surgeon and bRat Bangs will perform, there'll be a raffle for a portrait of Chomsky, and the design of the mural will be up for all to see.
