A note on the Khyber's website has left live music lovers all atwitter. The August 1 spot on their calendar read thusly:
Philebs talked to Khyber owner Stephen Simons who told everyone not to worry their pretty little heads off ... yet. The live music intermission may just be for the month of August and could resume after they find a better booking solution. Michael Klein elaborates and reports that Simons just fired the booking agent. M.K. gives the impression that live music is a definite come September. The site is now singing a different tune:
