What are your Bikini Kill memories?

Now this is a good idea: Riot Grrrl foremothers Bikini Kill are soliciting your memories, anecdotes, photos and videos for a kind of online oral history database about the band.

It doesn't have to be fancy or well-worded, we'd just like you to leave a record of your experience and get an idea of what Bikini Kill means to you. Maybe it's your reaction to a song we wrote, something weird that happened at one of our shows, a personal anecdote or just WHATEVER. Send yr story to bkillarchive@gmail.com and we will post it or just leave a comment somewhere on the site. You can also send us images to post.

Here's a little something to get you in the mood. It's the time Roseanne and Jackie picked up a young punk hitchhiker (played by Jenna Elfman (Dharma)) and she schools them on Riot Grrrlishness. It's freedom rock, man.
