Edward Zwick talking to J. Andrew Greenblatt, new head of Philly Film Festival, at the Ritz East
Years ago I wrote about how with drinking, jiving, loving Freddie Sutton, charisma was his art form. Sure, he worked at Motown as a kid, ran a management and record label (Brandon) with Lawrence Bracey that signed rappers (The Kartel) and punks (Pure Hell) and acted as an independent consultant to Grandmaster Flash and K.C. and The Sunshine Band. But the forever-fez-and-sunglasses-wearing Sutton was kinda bigger than all of his stars he associated with. He looked good and sounded slick doing it. And I've never witnessed one man smoothly having four different conversations with four different women in four different parts of one bar — to say nothing of some wild nights at Wheels of Soul — as I did Freddie. Sutton passed away last weekend from some brutal cancer. Honestly, the fun will seem less cheery and the sun less hot without him to say nothing of the nights out. Goodnight, Fred. Sure The Roots are set to play on Obama in NW Philly Oct. 10, but did you know that Philly's Absinthe Drinkers are working for animal rescue in Kentucky (help them get a grant from Pepsi Refresh here). They will play my namesake gallery A x D on Oct. 8, the Fire on Oct. 13 and this weird new location in the Doubletree HotelDorian's Parlor — with The Gypsy Nomads on Oct. 16. While we're at the hotel: I love a great old hotel lounge. So the new ones should be pretty swank: Liberté — the old Chez Colette spot at the Sofitel — is looking to be an impressive Franco-phile boite. So is Square 1682, adjacent to Hotel Palomar. Ya know, 17th and Sansom was always meant to be little Paris. Here it is. Ooh la la. Nick Nastasi's BYOB Nina's Trattoria at the Rizzo-mural building that the Bonuomo family built (see this) is set to open this weekend. Pastafazzzooooooooooola. WHOWHATWHERE: Speaking of all things Rizzo and Italian, Franny Rizzo Jr. and PGN's Mark Segal hit Jersey Boys at the Forrest before the Boys and Lisa Gaudio (daughter of Four Seasons' songwriter Bob Gaudio) hit the Palm and Joe Pesce's — which has nothing to do with the Joe Pesci (that Joe Pesci) that happens to be in Jersey Boys (the character, not the real actor, c'mon). Another politico out and about: Ex-district attorney Lynn Abraham was found almost hitting the dance floor for the wedding of Evan Gusz and Jackie Palagruto. West Chester natives Bam Margera and Ryan Dunn stayed real close to home when they hosted a screening of their new Jackass 3-D at the AMC Painter's Crossing. Ex-Eagles QB Donovan McNabb strayed far from his new home when he, Rasheed Wallace and Charles Barkley ate at Capital Grille. (Sir Charles eventually hit Alfa for a night cap). And director Ed Zwick was at the Ritz Five helping J. Andrew Greenblatt get ready for next week's Philadelphia Film Festival by showing off Love and Other Drugs in the photo you see above. Ha chaa.

Did you know that Dave Pianka scored like 3,600+ peeps at his LCD Soundsystem/Sleigh Bells jawn for Making Time's Summer of Radness finale at the Philly naval base? He did. "Pretty amaazinng" he says. Do you know he plans to top that show and its accomplishment before 2010's end? Look for the Daft Punk Tron premiere or a Kraftwerk reunion or a Yellow Magic Orchestra reunion or Sparks doing the entirety of Kimono My House. On Oct. 2 Clean Equations will release its People/Variables debut CD at Johnny Brenda's. That's great. I applaud their snappy sloppy art rawk efforts. I can't say I know the Equations' crowd. But I can say that opening for them is the messy funky The Great Vibration and Conversations With Enemies — both whose crowds I do know. Many people will be very drunk by the time Clean Equations hit the stage. Play louder. Speaking of speaking up, Whisper is supposed to be the new name of what was once Denim on Walnut. You'll have to yell, because no one's going to care unless you scream. The Philadelphia Theatre Company is in a search for a new managing director. The old one, Diane Claussen, didn't just disappear — she resigned before the start of PTC's 35th season (Oct. 6 PTC@Play) to head back to Chicago and managing direct at Northwestern University's Theatre and Interpretation Center. Interpret this, Diane: Bummer.

Vince Neil, author
WHOWHATWHERE: I know comedian Eric "Doogie" Horner is from Fishtown but does he live on Ninth Street too? I ask because right after posters went up for the America's Got Talent contestant/Quirk Books graphic designer' show at Connie's Ric Rac on Oct. 1, I saw a guy who looked just like him gesticulating wildly in one of the apartments above the Geno's complex. ... Positano Coast and the Ritz 5 got a visit from Conviction star Sam Rockwell, director Tony Goldwyn and Betty Anne Waters (whom the film is about) on Tuesday. Yay. The Office's Amy Ryan caught Jack Goes Boating at the Ritz Bourse last week. Double yay. Anthony Anderson may have been singing on the second floor of Yakitori Boy in Chinatown. No idea why he was in town other than that he likes traditional karaoke. Motley Crue's Vince Neil was spotted with lots of tats and no drinks when he signed copies of his auto-biog Tattoos and Tequila at Bookends in Ridgewood, NJ, then at Borders on Broad Street in Philly. Shoot me already. I luuuv "Dr Feelgood." It was my stripper anthem. Speaking of stripper DJs, Danny Masterson aka DJ Mom Jeans (why not use yer own name, Dan?) spun at Dusk Saturday night, drinking Ultimat vodka and shots of Patron. Damn skippy. Right before Masterson spun The Strokes showed up unannounced to hang with him. Like Fez used to. Sweet. Danny and the Strokes dined at Mia before his set at Dusk. I wrote about it. I saw it. Now it's Bryn Mawr College's time to play Chicken. The school's Performing Arts Series hosts a performance of Charlotte Ford's Live Arts thing Chicken at the Hepburn Theater in historic Goodhart Hall Oct. 1 and 2. Ford went to school there and they want their frigging Stella Adler books back. Drinkers owner Avram Hornic bought one of the several Phanatic statues that went up for auction last week. Noodle Heaven — a fave of Bellevue eateries where Bliss now stands — isn't making a comeback. Owner Jane Guo is. She's opening Jane G's on 19th and Chestnut in 2011. Guo also holds several Noodle Panda palaces throughout the state. Cool. Read more Icepack here.

Ice Cubes are all the juicy details A.D. Amorosi couldn't cram into Icepack. Read on to get yer gossip on.

OK, you weren't caught so unaware last week when the news that Jeff Zucker — NBC Universal president and CEO/crusher of Conan O'Brien's dreams — would leave NBCU when its final approval of sale was signed, sealed and delivered by Comcast (its buyer), General Electric (its seller) and all government agencies needed to approve this thing. It didn't look like Zucker and the Robertses of Philadelphia got along. Now comes wire service news that Comcast's chief operating officer, Steve Burke, will become CEO of NBCU upon close of Comcast's purchase. Yay, Kabletown, for sticking close. Burke's been the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Comcast since March and was once the president of Comcast Cable. Zucker will serve in his position until the close of the deal.

Hey Zuck — there's still plenty of time to fuck things up. Stay tuned.

Uncle Nino Giaimo and Vinny Guadagnino pictured at the End Of Summer Bash with Vinny Guadagnino and MTV Realworld Brad Fiorenza at The Dizzy Bulldog in HOCKESSIN DE on Sept. 18.
If you've read Icepack, you know that I find our footballling Eagles one hard proposition to love. Andy Reid betrays his first string QB and all human dignity by making dog killing Michael Vick the season's starting quarterback because he had a good game. Yet on the nice side of the ledger (And I hate seeing anyone laid off) but the Eagles let go Hank Bassett WHICH IS ONLY OK BECAUSE IT MEANS WE'LL GET KENDRA THE FRIG OUT OF TOWN FASTER. My old block and my new block: The street I once lived on, Letitia in the OC, just opened PBR, Philadelphia Bar & Restaurant. That's bartenders Shawn Gormley and Nick Moore's gastro-pubbery spot at the Market/Letitia corner and I'm hearing the veal cheeks are sweet and succulent. Then there's the block I live on now — S. 10th Street. That block's captain Jonn Klein (from The Dive) has very sneakily worked on what's become Watkins Drinkery on the 1700 block. Starting this Friday, he'll have food on floor one (some of Modo Mio's old staff'll handle that) and dart boards, pool tables and Pac-Man video games on floor two. Did 10th Street just get its own 700 Club? I believe it did. Philly pinhole photographer RA Friedman is having a good week. After he caught an editor's eye for his role in NYC's Steampunk Saloon during the Dumbo Arts Festival. Now he's opening up a pop-up vintage photography space at 641 South St. on Sept 24. Get your photo taken. You liked it when Jay Schwartz screened The Jungle during at his usual Secret Cinema haunt. You'll love it when he, producer Harold Haskins and several members of the 12th and Oxford street gang that the film follows hit Scribe Video Center (4212 Chestnut) on Sept. 24 for a screening of the 1967 documentary that made it onto the Library of Congress' National Film Registry. WHOWHATWHERE: Wanda Sykes and her wife ate at Parc. That's cute. Elisabeth Shue hung at the Sofitel with her husband. But she's married to Davis Guggenheim who directed Waiting for Superman and An Inconvenient Truth. Has Sykes' wife saved the planet or fixed the school system? I bet not. Mayor Nutter hit Chris' Jazz Café and had the bbq chicken and mac-n-cheese, yes he did. Plus Nutter has proclaimed Oct. 25 Eddie Lang Day in honor of the Philly-fave guitarist who collaborated with legendary local violinist Joe Venuti. Speaking of Italians, while The Situation is sweating his way through Dancing with the Stars, Vinny G is hitting birthday parties in Delaware with his Uncle Nino like the one documented in photo-form above. And hey, that Delaware Funkey Monkey club event on Sept. 25 table flipping Teresa Guidice (Real Housewives of New Jersey) that we told you about two weeks ago has become a look-a-like contest. Same difference. Tucker Max signs Assholes Finish First at Borders on Sept. 30. Same difference. Phil Sumpter, newly-returned to Painted Bride (as director of marketing & communications) called and asked me "How's your salsa game?" And to that I say, how's yours, mang? Maybe he and I will face off Sept. 25 when the Bride opens its season with Salsa Caliente — a live Latin dance party series featuring area orquestas like Foto Rodriquez y Charanga la Unica, an event which dovetails nicely into Hispanic Heritage Month. Also in venue PR+marketing, the Kimmel's Dafni D. Comerota, has returned from pregnancy leave with a brand new baby Elise and a handful of new show initiatives like The XX (Oct. 4 at the Merriam) and Kathy Griffith (Nov. 5 at Academy of Music). The Philadelphia Collection — the Mayor's Fashion Week to you — starts Sept. 23 and where dovetailing is concerned nothing dips and slips nicer into autumnal sartorial splendor than a Rittenhouse Row Fall Gathering like Sept. 29's jawn at the Comcast Center. Where else can you find International Supersport DJ Schoolly D, Duke & Winston and Joan Shepp? No. Where. While my money is on the Univox screening of Conan with TJ Kong & The Atomic Bomb, (Sept. 23, KFN) and the Prophase label Notekillers/Kohoutek noise show (Sept. 23, M Room) at the start of the Philly Film + Music Fest, the head of the F/M Fest, Joe Lekkas has other ideas. "I'm super excited about the Dead Milkmen and Black Landlord pairing as I was a fan of both the DM and the Goats in my younger years," says Lekkas referring to Friday's World Café Live show. "I'm also digging the live scoring of Attack of the Giant Leeches at WCL and the Tribute-palooza at the Troc with Misstallica, Queen Diamond and Dirty Diamond. That should be fun as hell." Should be.

Ice Cubes are all the juicy details A.D. Amorosi couldn't cram into Icepack. Read on to get yer gossip on. Now that the LiveArts/Fringe Fest has summoned the beast that was Egypt — DelAve's premier indoor deeeesco of the late '80s and '90s — for its nightly Festival Bar, some of the cleverer dicks from a bygone era decided to go further, harder and with so many more BPMs. Egypt was owned and operated (then) by Joe Grasso, Larry Cohen and Barry Gutin, who have all gone on to tonier projects — Union Trust, Cuba Libre amongst them — so some of the original crew got Gutin's blessing and will hold a reunion at KatManDu Trenton tonight, Sept. 17 (katmandutrenton.com). Robbie Tronco, Chuck Addis, Jeff Rice and Yaman Coskun are involved, and KatManDu's publicist, George Polgar, is in on the fun, too. "This is somewhat of a history lesson of course since back in the early '90s we were all in fierce but friendly competition," says Polgar, who reminds Delaware Avenue friends that KatManDu in Philly ended in 2002. Since opening in 1997 in Trenton under the ownership of Chicago financier Steve Hirsh, it has kept the big dance club vibe going, along with a steady dining and huge catering and banquet business. The only thing bigger than that vibe was the one at Egypt — high ceilings, high hair, high times. Polgar reminds me that in three weeks KatManDu Trenton will be reborn with the Peter Cooper Ironworks Pub named for the historic register building it occupies. (The "KatManDu" identity will remain, with an indoor and outdoor portion rechristened Peter Cooper.) But tonight, in the breeze, everything will be lit in cheap neon and bathed in brassy house music a la Club Egypt. Behold.

Ice Cubes are all the juicy details A.D. Amorosi couldn't cram into Icepack. Read on to get yer gossip on.
  • Top chefs, maybe. But with Angelo Sosa (a Morimoto consultant) not doing his Starr Restaurant pop-up planned for Sept./Oct., and Top Chef D.C. winner Kevin Sbraga leaving Starr's Rat's in N.J., what's Stephen Starrhire Brits (Robert Aikens joined Starr's UK-themed 18th-and-Walnut gastropub) and relocate his Italian restaurant, Il Pattore (planned for Bainbridge Street's Ansill spot) for someplace tonier and without tax liens. Though there're whispers that Starr & Co. have poked their heads into a few vacant E. Passyunk spaces, there's no truth to the rumor Il Pittore's headed to Isaiah Zagar's 10,000-square-foot, mostly-mosaic locale in South Philly's Watkins Street. ...
  • Speaking of famous Italians, now that Delaware ain't safe for masturbating (thanks, Christine O'Donnell), it's a lousy time for Vinny Guadagnino to hit that state's Dizzy Bulldog on Sept. 18. But whatayagonnado? Then there's Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice, who'll hold a ladies-only "Table-Flipping Contest" Sept. 25 at the Funkey Monkey (1206 N. Union), in Wilmington. The Diamond State is fucccked up. Women table flippers, call 302-655-2000. ...
  • WHOWHATWHERE: While Lady Gaga's crew was pulling into town late Monday night for the sold-out two-day Monster Ball, her buds in A.R.E. Weapons were running around Philly and hit National Mechanics' Dani (Mari) and Danny (Ozark) open mic show. No, they didn't don acoustic guitars, sing or make jokes. >>> Beer boss Dick Yuengling hung with the kids at Scannicchio's before Sunday's Iggles game. Hopefully they drank his brew while they made the food. >>> Upper Darby's Todd Rundgren hung around the Franklin Theater on Monday long enough to get interviewed by Roy Firestone — I'm honestly not sure why, and neither was my tipster. >>> American Rag sponsored a "Mad Picks" acoustic showcase with Good Charlotte's Benji and Joel Madden at Macy's Cherry Hill before the bros did a live-n-private fan date at WIOQ studios. This is all part of their pre-CD release hubbub for Cardiology, out Nov. 2. >>> And if you're wondering why Jamaladeem Tacuma wasn't at World Café Live's massively wonderful Bang on a Can Marathon on Sunday as he was billed, apparently "something came up" (is what he told friends); that something being two concerts abroad directed by saxophonist David Murray. That'd be Tongues on Fire: A Tribute to the Black Panthers with The Roots, Living Colour and The Last Poets at London's Barbican Center and jazz à La Villette, Paris. ...
  • Truckin: While Jose Garces' Guapos Tacos hits the streets of the Art Museum area Sept. 19 for Whole Foods' 30th anniversary (kale for everyone!), ex-Chew Man Chu chef Tyson Wong Ophaso debuts his long-awaited Tyson Bees Sept. 30 during the Food Trust's Night Market jawn on E. Passyunk and Tasker. ...
  • Local hip-hop overlord/photog Mista Shock (or Docta Shock, to his professional associates) and his photographer wife (lots of wedding and boudoir stuff), Lynece Austin, open their studio on Main Street in Manayunk (4221 to be exact) on Sept. 17 with a party hosted by rap radio legend Lady B. ...
  • Speaking of pictures, Olly McDonagh will do a photo show with live elements — the Big Bug Show — at Germ on Sept. 18. When I say "live elements" I mean giant insects and arachnids from around the world, including the largest species of scorpion and tarantula. "There will be a selection of safer big bugs you can hold," says Germ's David E. Williams, who'll also close the "Curious Creatures and Archons of Alternate Dimensions" exhibition that night in the Bates Memorial Gallery.

Snooki and new Jersey Shore cast member Deena
So there I was in AC thinking that the old Stage Deli at the Taj Mahal had already become a strip club, courtesy of the frequently-mentioned-by-Howard Stern Scores. But alas it's at least six months, millions of dollars and Starlight Events LLC's commitment that le girls would only peel down to lingerie or undies; Jersey law prevents strippers from exposing bodies covered solely by thongs, pasties or clips in places where alcohol is served. Hmm... Instead we got word that Iggy Pop had peeled down to his shorts to swim in the pool at the Chelsea, where after he and the Stooges played Raw Power at the House of Blues; Sammy Hagar caught Joe Piscopo's mega-watt That's Life show at Ceasars and Stevie Nicks supped at Bobby Flay's. Ay. Philly very nearly had a celeb-shutout until baller/dancer Emmitt Smith hit the bar at Butcher & Singer for a Lemon Drop and friendly conversation on Tuesday. That said, let's send some shout to AC now 'cause as soon as SugarHouse opens none of y'all be hitting the Boardwalk. SEE YA! With that, let's show you a so-long to Seaside Heights shot; after Labor Day the Jersey Shore crew split the isle, leaving The Situation to Dancing with the Stars. Snooki and new JS cast member, Deena wave bye-bye. Rich Wexler, the VJ known as Large Marge and the DJ known as Yakov, split the onstage scene when he started school. Now, he's Yak-ov-ing all over Elena's Soul (Sept. 6) with the Philadelphyinz's Apt One and JJC as well as DJ/VJing at the Fringe Fest Festival Bar (Sept. 3-4, 10-11 and 17) at the former Club Egypt site. They grow up so fast: September marks two second birthdays for restaurants. Meme celebrates with $2 for glasses of champagne and for the Champagne of Beers, Miller High Life all month long. Pub and Kitchen will host a party in its own honor on Sept. 9 to mark it's not-so-terrible two. Phillly-In-Media-Hey-o: Sure, New Yorker has a story on John McEnroe by ex-Philly Mag-man Larry Platt, but page 10 has some blab from our own Carolyn Huckabay commenting on Katie Holmes. Plus check out Philly expat/Rolling Stone scribe David Fricke riffing long and hard about the soon-to-be-demolished Spectrum and its best shows such as last year's Pearl Jam close out jams, which are currently on sale: The box, called 2009 Philadelphia, includes four concerts, boxed as nine CDs and costs $60 at pearljam.com. Plus David Dye talked to LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy on NPR's World Café. Murphy enthused about City Gardens, the Trenon punk rock club. LCD Soundsystem starts their U.S. tour Friday Sept. 24 with Making Time at the Philadelphia Naval Cruise Terminal. I've got more for ya, but you'll have to read this week's Icepack.

Eddie Fields as local Patti LaBelle
Usually, Icepack's Whowhatwhere section traffics in genuine real life celebrities in real time (under those rules Kendra Wilkenson need not apply). Still, there is something to be said for the doubly fan-tastic (they've got their worshipers, too) and most certainly fierce amongst us who dare to dream and willingly wear size 13 pumps (it's tough having big feet, dudes) at the same time. I'm talking about Celebrity Drag look-alikes of the stripe who perform at tonight's Divas in a Man's World concert at the Piazza at Schmidts. Darlings manager Dan "Dennio" Contarino, Steven Andrade directs and Gary Dee hosts as "Joan Rivers." Featured acts will be Eddie Fields — who not only does a mean Patti LaBelle but has opened her shows on occasion — and several other gentlemen dressed like Cher, Tina Turner, Bette Midler, Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin and Celine Dion. The show begins at 9 p.m. and costs $20 (to get lubricated, a VIP pre-party starts at 7 p.m. and costs $40, with proceeds from the event going to City of Hope). And if I can dig out my size 12s... well, you never know.

Work it, girl. Mayor Nutter in a Nicole Miller tie, Melanie Johnson (Chair, City Representative) at the podium, Center City District's Michelle Shannon in pink behind the mayor and Reinhard Models wearing outfits from 1600 Below Vintage, Macy's, Boyds, Smak Parlour, Millesime and Joan Shepp.
I'll be a mess in a dress by the third week of October. Before Matthew Izzo's friends at CMK Entertainment hold the second Philadelphia Fashion Week (Oct. 6-9, 2010 at the 23rd Street Armory), the Mayor himself is going to get involved in the sashay business and lead the charge for the Philadelphia Collection 2010's, a first-ever city-sponsored series of fashion events and happenings throughout town from Sept 23-Oct 2 as part of a citywide initiative to look and sell smart. Work it Ms. Nutter. With a klatch of Reinhard models by his side during a press-conference/mini-fashion show at the Piazza, the Mayor (resplendent in a greenish Nicole Miller tie) talked up bringing fashion events old (the annual Rittenhouse Row Fall Gathering, Phashion Phest turns 17 this year) and new (Boyds' "La Bella Vita" with the Italian Trade Commission, Nigel Barker at Macy's) together under the umbrella partnership between the Office of the City Representative, Center City District and the Philadelphia Retail Marketing Alliance. The 10-day runway will hold over 40-plus free catwalks, cocktail parties, and trunk shows in shoppes from downtown Center City, to commercial corridors in Germantown, and South Philadelphia. There will be multimedia events Ron Wilch's "Taking the Streets" fashion show and live concert and scholastic jawns like Student Window Designs at The Gallery at Market East with The Art Institute. According to Nutter, FC2010 isn't just about looking sharp. It's about the economics of showing off Philly as a destination for shopping followers of fashion as well as hipsters who like to hit Philly's renaissance of bars and boites looking their best. That's cool, but we got to get Nutter out of navy blue.

Vinny from Jersey Shore goes beyond the traditional notion of an ironic t-shirt.
► By now everyone knows that the season 3 crew of MTV's Jersey Shore finds our guidos and guidettes back in Seaside Heights. But did you know they're back working at the t-shirt shop? We found Vinny trying to casually hawk his wares to a customer. ► After a successful residency at the Society Hill Playhouse for the past five seasons, BCKSEET Productions is leaving SHP. No more cleaning up after Caveman and Patent Leather Shoe enthusiasts. BCKSEET relocates to 535 South St. to create the BCKSEET Creative Co-OP now through January and will hold open rehearsals to give street patrons a looksee. They'll also take a new theater series into area bars and restaurants. Not like Glengarry Glen Ross at Amada but you get the drift. ► Let's be discrete here. There's a new dungeon on the block — 12th Street, near the Convention Center — courtesy of the Royal Women of Philadelphia that specializes in erotic role-play, fantasy bondage and discipline. The Royal Castle is female-owned and has a teensy slew of beautiful experienced dom dames who, if you stare at long enough, you'll recognize from other parts of your daily life. They have all the whip smart accouterments, private and open spaces. You have to have to pay $20 for a consultation to see what you might want, what you can handle and, I'm guessing, whether or not you're serious about dungeon drama. They're open to photographers using their (rental) rooms for photos shoots and are swank enough for a private affair. Plus they're accessible to New Jersey expressways and bridges, and they've cheap parking minutes from their door. ►The ride on Broad Street's Subways got a little more dangerous last Saturday when the ramshackle TJ Kong and the Atomic Bomb went from the Pattison, to Fern Rock stops playing songs from their debut CD. No one got jailed. Everyone was arrested. ► Tommy Lee had breakfast in the drizzle with an unnamed lady companion at Marathon Grill on Chestnut before he and the Motley Crue played Ozzfest in Camden. ► On Friday, Philly's Disco Biscuits hung out — shooting a documentary, having a nosh — at Darling's Diner at da Piazza at Schmidts ►What's the hub bub bub at the old stucco-ed super-spot on 10th & Christian? The long-boarded up building was rumored to become a Santucci's Square Pizzeria. Actually the building is more rectangular, hmmm. Anyway after I wrote a Meal Ticket post where a rep for Joe Santucci denied that was the case, Alicia Santucci wrote and confirmed in the affirmative. "We are indeed opening a Santucci's at the corner of 10th and Christian. Although we have a lot of work still to do, we are very proud and excited to open up our newest location. We are expecting to open late October," the femme Santucci writes. Whee. ► Blocks away on Ninth Street's lower half near the Ric Rac, rumor is spreading that a tattoo parlor will start inking by October ► NBC10's 10! Has been looking for some lovelies to fill the slot next to Bill Henley for the next two weeks. Starting today, look for Love Boat lady Jill Whelan, ex-Wired 96.5 morning gal G-N Kang and our fave one-time co-host, singer Lauren Hart
