Oh man, this one is a total gimme (I think).
That being said, what is your favorite dish at this place?
The ceviche. All of them... at once.
I gotta go with the cabrito. I'm obsessed. The goat has such a winning texture — not too dry, not overly soggy — and it's so very garlicky throughout. I gave it a CP Choice Award in 2007.
This is Cantina Los Caballitos, by the way.
i'd had the steak tacos like 40 times in a row. then they failed me last saturday....what to jump to now?
