Pretty sure the Bad Lieutenant poster is at Lucky 13? I like that movie, it makes me laugh.
Rock Colors wins! Wow this one was hard. This is Lucky 13 at 13th and Moore, just off Passyunk. Pictured dishes are breaded shrimp and samosas. There is lots of lovely softcore porn in the boy's bathroom. And now that I'm in a fact-sharing mood, I would like to point that in Bad Lieutenant, you see Harvey Keitel's schlong.
