Achtung! Matthew Hartnett, chef at Fox Chase's Hop Angel Brauhaus (7980 Oxford Ave.), sent us word on the newest arterial terrorist to join his menu: the Burgermeister Meisterburger. This BEAST — priced at a very reasonable $11 — consists of a 10-ounce beef patty on a bed of crispy onions and "H.A.B. Sauce" (ketchup, mayo, cognac), all of which is topped with ham, smoked gouda and a fried egg. Chef Hartnett, you are sick and twisted and we'll see you in like 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.
