Food court enthusiasts, rejoice â" you're finally getting the healthy Mediterranean grill you've been waiting for. Zaffron Mediterranean Grill & Hummus Bar has set up shop on the second level of the food court at Liberty Place. Zaffron's specialty item is the kabob (options include lamb, beef, chicken, falafel or vegetables), served in either pita, salad or rice platter format. They'll also traffic in other Mediterranean delicacies like hummus. In a place where the culinary fare skews more toward "fast" than "food," Zaffron should provide an attractive alternative for those not quite in the mood for Chick-fil-A.
