O Burger coming to South Street

Eyal Aranya and Yoni Nadav are in the midst of construction at 326 South â€" last a clothing shop the partners owned â€" to accommodate a green/organic burger joint they're calling O Burger. Aranya tells Meal Ticket that O's menu will be very simple â€" all-organic beef, chicken, turkey, veggie and possibly fish burgers (all on Four Worlds Bakery buns), plus fries, salads and hummus. The space, slated to open in about a month's time, should seat about 50 and will also offer takeout. Aranya has big plans for the brand in Philly â€" he adds that he's close to closing on two Center City addresses, near 18th/Chestnut and 16th/Chestnut, to house additional O Burger locations.
