Chefs Sheri Waide and Nick Macri of Southwark (701 S. Fourth St.) are hosting Country Time Farm's Paul and Ember Crivellaro of Country Time Farms plus Brian O'Reilly of Sly Fox this evening for an installment in Philly Beer Week's "The Chef, The Brewer and The Farmer" series. The dinner, which seats at 7 p.m., features four pork-centric courses (yes, including chocolate/pork liver mousse for dessert!) for $65.
