Burger TV with Top Chef All-Star Richard Blais, an intro to food swapping, and a great new menu at Heirloom, all on today's Afternoon Snacks!

Thanks to the Braiser for calling our attention to this Tasted TV Burger Lab show featuring Richard Blais. Definitely worth a watch if you're a fan of sophomoric humor, manic energy, and seeing people break—and we'll just assume that you are like us on this front.

Curious about food swaps? If so, Phickle has this great introductory post to help ease you in. Once you get all psyched up reading it, follow the Philly Food Swappers to keep on top of registration for the next swap.
