Ay Ay! Los Guidos Industry Night at Alla Spina
Restaurant folks, listen up! It's the first Monday of February and that means Industry Night at Alla Spina (1410 Mount Vernon St.). This month Alla Spina is teaming up with La Calaca Feliz and hosting a Febrero fiesta with ceviche tacos and headcheese tortas courtesy of Tim Spinner and gnocchi nachos and Calabrese taquitos from Alla Spina's Mike Deganis. In the cervezas department Tecates will be plentiful and Forest & Main's Saison Solaire will be flowing along with micheladas, margaritas and negronis "chingados" (i.e. WTF negronis). Soundtrack provided Rock Tits' Holly Sue Allen a.k.a. DJ Snakpak.
As usual the party starts at 10 p.m., drinks are cheap, snacks are free, just be sure to bring a pay stub to prove your industry cred.
