Birra (1700 E. Passyunk Ave.), the long-awaited corner craft beer and pizza joint from Gordon Dinerman, will make its official debut tomorrow, Nov. 5, at 5 p.m. They're starting by serving dinner only through Tuesday, Nov. 15, after which point Dinerman will lauch lunch service, too.
