Cheese portraitist Mike Geno expanding from Manchego to maki
Mike Geno's dreamy portraits of cheese have won him national acclaim with spots in everything from Cooking Light to Esquire and The New York Times. Now he's moving from Stilton to sushi with a new series that's going to be showcased at Santa Monica's Skidmore Contemporary Art. The series features a selection of four rolls with beautifully textured slices of kiwi and salmon and glittery globs of tobiko.
