Congrats to the winners of the 2012 Vendys
Congratulations are in order for the winners of this year's Vendy Awards. The Smoke Truck barbecue on wheels and Lil Pop Shop inventive frozen desserts were the judges favs at Saturday's round-up of mobile food vendors. People's choice went to the comforting offerings of Vernalicious.
Didn't make it out to the Vendys this year? No need to miss out on the food truck eats, winners of the 2011 and 2012 Vendys will be gathering at Eakins Oval on Thursday from 6 p.m to 9 p.m. for all of your barbecue-Caribbean-popsicle eating enjoyment.
