Tomorrow, April 19, at 7 p.m., head to the Farmers' Cabinet (1113 Walnut St.) for the Philly debut of Evil Twin Brewery out of Denmark. (It's only the second bar in the States to carry the Copenhagen-based operation's stuff.) Founder/brewer Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergso will be in the building tasting drinkers on five of his unusual beers. He'll pour "Before, During, & After Xmas," an Imperial IPA, a vanilla imperial stout and an 10.5 ABV IPA/Chardonnay blend ("Disco Beer"), but we're most interested in his "Yin" (imperial stout) and "Yang" (imperial IPA), both of which were brewed specifically to be combined into a Black & Tan. They'll do both flights and individual pours, and chef Peter Felton is putting together an optional beer dinner menu, as well.
