Mark your frozen dessert calenders, Igloo, a new frozen yogurt spot is opening at the corner of South and Gray's Ferry on March 23rd. Look forward to fruit sorbets, salted caramel gelato and top-your-own FAGE frozen Greek Yogurt. The futuristic frozen dessert spot is keeping it green with eco-friendly containers and utensils and neighborhood friendly with free wifi.
And in cookie news a new outpost of Insomnia Cookies, that genius late night warm cookie delivery service is opening on Monday at 135 S. 13th Street. The new location is celebrating with free cookie coupons all week long. The Midtown Village spot will be offering up warm chocolate chunks, snickerdoodles and double chocolate mint cookies fresh out of the oven delivered to you until 3 a.m. with milk, of course.
