Does the world really need a Smash Mouth Cookbook?
It appears as though we're not going to be able to emerge from the Guy Fieri Flavor Town vortex today. In our second round of Fieri-related news, our favorite bleached hair-wrist band wearer has penned the intro for Smash Mouth's upcoming cookbook. Yes, as in the "Walkin' on the Sun" and "Can't Get Enough of You, Baby" Smash Mouth.
Smash Mouth: Recipes from the Road: a Rock 'n Roll Cookbook is set for an October release from Seapoint Books. No recipes have leaked yet but the back cover of the book is emblazoned with raves from Michael Symon, Sammy Hagar and Michel Richard. We haven't gotten a look at the recipes yet but the folks over at Uproxx have put together a few Smash Mouth inspired dishes including "Walking On the Sunny-Side Up Eggs" and "Can't Get Enough of You, Baby Back Ribs."
