Sorry for the slight lateness on this one — a few technical issues yesterday. Appreciate you bearing with us.

- Adam Erace takes a trip up to the Northeast to get down on fried chicken, banchan and of course tabletop barbecue at Bobo's, a Korean BBQ restaurant run by three women known only as "Auntie."

- A Matter of Taste: Serving Up Paul Liebrandt, a documentary that follows the lauded NYC chef for nearly 10 years, debuts early next week on HBO. You don't have to be an expert on chef-type matters or Michelin stars or post-post-post-modern cooking to enjoy it, as it's simply an interesting movie about food.

- In Feeding Frenzy: Word on the now-open Art of Bread, plus quickie details on The Twisted Tail and Guacamole Mex-Grill and lots of other odds and ends.

- In Agenda: Emily Apisa breaks down the Philly Brewing Co. fried chicken run tomorrow (eats courtesy of South Philly Tap Room).

- Also in Agenda: Cassie Owens reminds you that Odunde, Philly's huge annual African new year festival, is going down this Sunday. There are few better places to eat.

- In Icepack: A.D. Amorosi gets some cool details from Suzanne Katz, momma to Mémé chef/owner David Katz, about their mother/son collab dinner next Wednesday, June 15.
