Ides of March wine tasting at JET

POSTED: Tuesday, March 12, 2013, 4:36 PM

Team Meal Ticket doesn't really need much of an excuse to drink but for those who do, we're pleased to inform you that in Honor of the Ides of March JET Wine Bar (1525 South St.) is hosting a Roman Empire-inspired wine tasting tonight kicking off at 6:30.

Tickets to this historical event are running $25 a head and include tastes of wine from all over Caesar's far reaching empire, from North Africa to Slovenia, Italy France and Jordan.

Bob Barrett and Jill Weber will be on hand to walk guests through this all over the map selection of wine. Now let's just hope that no one is going to get all stabby.
