Mike Isabella is in town for a cookbook giveaway Industry night tonight at Amis and a book signing at La Colombe tomorrow.

Former Top Cheftestant Mike Isabella is headed over to Amis (412 South 13th St.) tonight to celebrate the release of his new cookbook with a special Industry Night. The menu is inspired by recipes from the newly released Crazy Good Italian the first 100 folks in will receive a copy of the book. Isabella is teaming up with Amis chef Brad Spence and we've got a peek at the home-style menu:
Pigs Head Terrine with Pickled Vegetables
Smoked Olives & Spiced Pistachios
Broccolini with Roasted Pepper Relish and Feta
Roasted Cauliflower with Pecorino and Mint
Crispy Goat with Creamy polenta
Baked Egg Noodles with Spinach and Oven Roasted Tomatoes
Rainbow Cookies
For those who are not in the industry or into late night Monday parties, Isabella is going to be setting up shop at La Colombe (1414 South Penn Square) on Tuesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. signing copies of Crazy Good Italian chatting about his unique take on Italian that combines a little bit of nonna, a touch of Jersey and bright Mediterranean flavors.
