Industry Night: Gianluca Demontis of Melograno

POSTED: Monday, December 3, 2012, 12:48 PM

Christmas is coming a little bit early this year at Amis (412 South 13th St.) tonight. For this month's Industry Night they're going to be welcoming Gianluca Demontis of Melograno  (2012 Sansom St.) Expect Roman-inspired holiday fare (gratis, of course) plus winter warmers like rum-spiked hot cocoa and boozy hot cider on special. As per usual the party starts at 10 p.m. but you and your pay stub might want to show up a little early this evening to check out the premier of the Philly episode of The Layover at 9 p.m.

Baccala Fritters

Skewers of Pork Belly and Shrimp

Grilled Polenta with black pepper and pecorino

Roasted Cauliflower with black truffle and fontina

Braised Squid with spinach

Whole Roasted Duck with persimmon salad

Housemade Panettone and Panforte
