Happy hour-ers please be advised: the last night to enjoy Center City Sips is happening tonight. So if you're in the market for $5 cocktails, $4 wine, $3 beer and half off small bites be sure to get yourself out of the office by 5 p.m. If you're planning one last Sips hurrah, we'd suggest making your over to Fish (1234 Locust St.) for smoked marlin tacos, Boilermaker (216 S. 11th St.) because where else can you get a St. Germain Cocktail and hot dog, and rounding out the evening in the lovely garden of M Restaurant (231 S 8th St.) for pistachio duck confit terrine and garden gazpacho.
