Team Meal Ticket is excited to welcome three new voices to the oh-god-I'm-so-full fray. After the jump, get all the particulars on three names you'll be seeing quite a bit of over the next few months.
Esther Martin graduated from Temple University in 2010 with a degree in Theatre. She’s interning at Green Aisle Grocery in South Philly, where she discovered the joys of food blogging. The internship led her to begin her own food blog, Why’d You Eat That? She’s a wonderful baker but a terrible cook and has an obsession with the art of the macaron. She thinks she might want to be an archival librarian with a focus on food information or an Internet personality with a focus on awesome. She also has two goofy cats that do silly things and a silly boyfriend who does goofy things.

Designer by day, blogger by night and food devotee at all times, Nicole Rossi got her start as a food nerd when she moved to Philadelphia seven years ago and fell in love with the bar and restaurant scene. She can’t get enough of the bone marrow at Bibou, Adsum is her new favorite restaurant and Marc Vetri is her top chef. In addition to contributing to Meal Ticket, you can find Nicole sharing her food- and drink-related experiences at fille en ville, where you will discover hot dogs are her guilty pleasure and a Hendrick's martini (with a twist) keeps this fille in good spirits. Jessica Leung is a recent college graduate who loves food and writing. While she’s a Boston girl at heart, she decided to continue her life in Philadelphia where she received her degree in culinary arts. She has an enormous sweet tooth and wants everyone she knows to be as enthusiastic about food as she is. When she isn't doing intern work, she can be found working in a hot kitchen on the weekends, trying local digs or baking cakes in her small kitchen.
