Looks like Amis chef Brad Spence is getting busy testing out pies for the upcoming Pizzeria Vetri that we told you about back in the beginning of February. This gorgeous specimen was swiped from Spence's instragram feed and appears to be a tomato pie topped with fresh mozz, basil and olive oil with text book leopard spotting. We're not sure if this mortadella and bufala ricotta streudel is making its way onto Pizzeria Vetri's menu, but it's too beautiful not to share.
