Ever wonder what makes the fried chicken at Federal Donuts (1219 S. 2nd St.) so sought after? Ever wonder if you could duplicate those perennially sold out birds at home?

Micheal Solomonov procured the help of modern day merchant Lior Lev Sercarz of La Boîte in New York City, where the Israeli spice master sources and blends herbs and spices for chefs in need. The winning combination is a secret mixture of onion, mustard and garlic, in other words “OMG.”  If you're keen on testing out your Federal fried chicken chops, get your own stash of OMG for $15.
