Hey vegans and vegetarians! If your Christmas dinners are made up of a sad selection of sides due to your lack of love for turkey and ham, think about heading over to Miss Rachel's Pantry (1732 W. Passyunk Ave.) on Saturday night for a vegan pre-holiday celebratory meal. Miss Rachel and crew will be doing their usual four-course BYO prix fixe with plenty of seasonal flair. Here's a look at what's on the festive menu:

Artichoke and hearts of palm 'crab' cake with spiced horseradish sauce

or

Sweet and savory tartlet with cashew cream, coconut bacon and leeks

Sweet ginger golden beet soup with basil oil

or

Crunchy brussels sprouts salad with dijon-citrus dressing, walnuts, sunflower seeds and dried cranberries

Barbecue seitan meatloaf with celeriac mash and lemony asparagus

or

Wild mushroom lasagna with truffled cream sauce

Pumpkin cake sundae with coconut whip

or

Decadent mint-oreo ice box cake
