Ralic's seafood house building Philly's wackiest sign

No, you're not seeing wrong. That is an octopus bursting forth from the second-floor balcony at Dave Ralic's forthcoming fish joint, one long, puckered chocolate tentacle dangling a sign over South Street. Designed by Burlington-based Bieling's, known for their amusement ride artwork, the curious eight-armed invertebrate has been approved by all the proper channels and is already under construction. Ralic says the restaurant, still unnamed, should be ready to go by November.
