Round Guys tasting menu at Cantina Feliz

POSTED: Wednesday, March 6, 2013, 11:48 AM

They haven't even celebrated their official grand opening yet (it's this Saturday, actually), but there's a pretty good chance you're familiar with Lansdale's Round Guys Brewing by now. We visited them last summer, they've been haunting the taps at bars all over the city, and StarChefs named them Philly's Rising Star Brewer last month.

But if you've somehow still not gotten around to trying their brews, maybe this will give you the nudge you need: Cantina Feliz (424 S. Bethlehem Pike, Fort Washington) is doing a Round Guys pairing menu all this week! Available now through this Sun., Mar. 10, the four-course dinner runs just $28, plus an additional $12 for the optional pairing. (Don't cheap out now, though—you've made it this far.) The beer-battered shrimp tacos you see above, with jalapeno aïoli, pickled cucumber, and black been puree, are paired with RGB's excellent Alpha Blackback Black IPA. Keep reading for the full menu.

First
Mussels
