Serious Eats weighs in on Guy Fieri's new Times Square restaurant

POSTED: Friday, September 21, 2012, 11:36 AM

Since we've already got The Cheesecake Factory on the brain, we'd like to bring your attention to the brave souls over at Serious Eats set out to see how Guy Fieri's newly opened American Kitchen and Bar fares compared to Cheesecake. According to our buddies at SE, The Times Square mega restaurant is serving up nothing but overpriced ridiculousness.

The no forks needed menu options include Vegas Fries, Buffalo Bleu-Sabi Ain't No Thing Butta Chicken Wings, middling fried ice cream, Slammin' Jammin' Chicken Parm, Guy-talian Nachos and a menu of custom-brewed beers that are probably the best options at this so-called portal to Flavor Town.
